Her Story

Sarah, a 40-year-old mother, was working as a Project Manager for a company in the South of France. Despite her skills and experience, she felt stuck in a “good student” posture rather than that of an assertive leader. This limiting perception prevented her from realizing her full potential and taking her place as a leader.

Her Challenges

Sarah felt inferior in her role as Project Manager, even though she was at the same level as the other managers. She described herself as the one whose role was simply to “kick ass”. This lack of self-confidence and negative perception of her professional role were hindering her progress and fulfillment in her career.

She realized that this wasn’t normal and that she could aspire to more, but she didn’t really know how to go about it, so she decided to seek help.

EQI-2.0 Debrief: An in-depth session to explore the results of your Emotional Intelligence and identify key areas for your personal and professional development.
4 Individual Coaching Sessions: Four one-hour individual coaching sessions, led by one of our experienced coaches, to help you implement the insights gained from the EQI-2.0 debriefing and develop the skills you need to take your place with confidence.

This coaching starts at €975 for 5 hours of support.

(price valid for a non-managerial employee, in videoconference, self-financed (personal). Prices vary according to job level, session modality (videoconference or face-to-face), and options (e.g. standard EQ-I or Leadership report, with or without 360° option)).

Our founder

After nearly 6 years at Google, I founded the EmpowerMov collective, combining female leadership, entrepreneurship and determination. Of Russian-Armenian origin, having grown up in France and then worked in Ireland and San Francisco, my journey has been one of transformation, self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Today, my multicultural background is my strength and my uniqueness. I’m also a consultant, facilitator, trainer and speaker.
