Who are we?

EmpowerMov is a collective of coaches committed to developing women’s careers and their place in society. We work with working women – both entrepreneurs and employees. We also work with companies to promote gender diversity and professional equality.

More broadly, we work to make companies more inclusive and effective.

Our approach uses individual and group coaching, co-development, themed workshops and conferences, awareness-raising but guiltless formats and trainings.

Our founder

After nearly 6 years at Google, I founded the EmpowerMov collective, combining female leadership, entrepreneurship and determination. Of Russian-Armenian origin, having grown up in France and then worked in Ireland and San Francisco, my journey has been one of transformation, self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Today, my multicultural background is my strength and my uniqueness. I’m also a consultant, facilitator, trainer and speaker.

Why EmpowerMov?

EmpowerMov embodies the fusion of two powerful concepts: “Empower” and “Mov”, an abbreviation of “movement”, evoking a collective action towards a common goal and a nod to our founder’s name.

This choice of name perfectly reflects the company’s mission: to empower women and promote a movement for gender equality and inclusion in the professional world. By uniting these two elements, EmpowerMov illustrates the idea of progression, dynamism and transformation towards a future where everyone, regardless of gender, can find their place and reach their full potential.
