Daniella is a multicultural, single woman in her thirties. Having recently arrived in Paris from London to take up a new position in human resources, she was finding it difficult to settle in and feel comfortable in her new life and position. ELI Debrief: An in-depth session to explore the results of your Energy Leadership Index, which will show you how you engage with life and work, on a good day or in times of stress. This will help you understand how to make your leadership more effective and improve your interpersonal relationships.
8 Individual Coaching Sessions: Eight one-hour individual coaching sessions, delivered by our experienced coaches, to help you to help you realize your objectives and also explore the lessons learned from the ELI debriefing into practice.

This coaching starts at 1,500€ for 9.5 hours of support.

Price valid for a non-managerial employee, videoconferencing, self-financing (personal). Price varies according to job level, type of session (videoconferencing or face-to-face) and options (e.g. standard or Leadership EQ-I report, with or without 360 option).

Our founder

After nearly 6 years at Google, I founded the EmpowerMov collective, combining female leadership, entrepreneurship and determination. Of Russian-Armenian origin, having grown up in France and then worked in Ireland and San Francisco, my journey has been one of transformation, self-awareness and self-acceptance. Today, my multicultural background is my strength and my uniqueness. I’m also a consultant, facilitator, trainer and speaker.
