Claudia, marketing director at a cyber-security company, has experienced similar challenges. Here’s her story.
Her story
Claudia was under constant pressure in her role as Marketing Director. Her management position is demanding and stressful. Her job required great emotional resilience and interpersonal communication skills.
Her challenge
Despite her leadership position, she found it difficult to express her ideas clearly and establish an authentic connection with her teams and hierarchy.
Stress and a diminished sense of legitimacy were affecting not only her work performance, but also her personal well-being.
The coaching process
Aware of these challenges, Claudia decided to seek coaching to help her better manage her emotions, improve her interactions with her teams and her management, and boost her self-confidence to better embody her leadership posture.
From the outset, we met Claudia and her manager to identify her needs and set the coaching objectives together. The coaching sessions were then structured to respond specifically to her challenges.

At the end of the coaching, Claudia took part in a tri-party meeting with her manager to assess the progress made. Reboosted and revitalized, she integrated the new skills she had acquired into her daily routine. Her communication with her teams has clearly improved, she has become aware of the mirror effect with her management, and her overall quality of life has increased considerably. She benefited from personalized coaching sessions that provided practical solutions and constant support.

- An in-depth session to explore the results of your Energy Leadership Index assessment, which will show you how you engage with life and work, on a good day or in times of stress. This will help you understand how to make your leadership more effective and improve your interpersonal relationships.
- EQ-I Debrief with a “360” option: A detailed analysis of your Emotional Intelligence (and its 15 competencies such as emotional self-awareness, emotional expression, empathy, stress tolerance etc.), with the possibility of including 360-degree evaluation feedback for a more complete perspective with inputs from your managers, colleagues, collaborators, family and friends.
- 8 Individual Coaching Sessions: Eight one-hour individual coaching sessions, led by our experienced coaches, to help you realize your objectives and also explore the insights gained from the ELI and EQI debriefings.

This coaching starts at 2950€ for 11 hours of support.

Our founder
After nearly 6 years at Google, I founded the EmpowerMov collective, combining female leadership, entrepreneurship and determination. Of Russian-Armenian origin, having grown up in France and then worked in Ireland and San Francisco, my journey has been one of transformation, self-awareness and self-acceptance. Today, my multicultural background is my strength and my uniqueness. I’m also a consultant, facilitator, trainer and speaker.
