Signature workshop: Developing self-confidence

This workshop is designed to help participants develop their self-confidence. We explore the concepts of self-confidence, legitimacy and imposter syndrome.

Through a series of tools, participants will explore their self-confidence and learn a method for developing it. A series of exercises will enable them to put these into practice straight away. Participants will leave with an action they have chosen to implement.

What is self-confidence? How can we develop it? How can it become a tool for career advancement?

This interactive workshop (generally 1h30 to 2h) addresses the notion of self-confidence, and offers a space where participants can explore the content below.

Workshop content:

■ Exploring the notions of self-confidence, legitimacy, imposture syndrome : Participants will be invited to question their vision of what these notions are, and will be able to exchange ideas collectively at the start of the workshop after having broken the ice on the challenges linked to self-confidence.

■ Tools : My 3Cs method, visualization, journaling and assertive communication: Participants will learn a method for developing self-confidence and start practicing new tools to boost their confidence. They will also be guided to develop assertive, non-violent communication.

■ Personalized action plan to develop self-confidence : Each participant will draw up a concrete action plan to develop self-confidence, thanks in particular to the tools shared during the workshop, and will leave with a dose of inspiration.

Workshop sequence:

During this interactive workshop, participants will be guided through a series of challenging exercises and in-depth discussions to explore their self-confidence, sense of legitimacy and relationship to imposter syndrome. They will also have the opportunity to develop their self-confidence through practical exercises.

What participants leave with:

At the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a better understanding of the mechanisms of self-confidence and its role in leadership, as well as the challenges associated with developing this confidence, tips on how to develop self-confidence and increase self-esteem, and a personalized action plan to put into practice the concepts acquired during the workshop.

Marina has facilitated two workshops for about 10 girls at Doctolib in November 2022. The goal was to help them feel more confident when it comes to salary discussions. It was very easy to prepare those workshops with Marina, who is an extremely kind and adaptable Coach. She understood our needs right away, and she easily created a bond with the group. The workshops' outcomes were above expectations. Not only did Marina raise awareness, but she also enabled some benevolent and fruitful discussions. She equipped the girls with relevant resources to help them feel more confident. As a result, the girls now feel strongly empowered & supported when it comes to negotiating their salary.

We called on Marina to lead a training session on the theme of self-confidence and goal achievement, aimed at female Bolt partner drivers.
