Signature Workshop: Reveal your uniqueness and leadership

This workshop is designed to help participants discover and value their uniqueness as leaders. Through a series of interactive exercises and guided discussions, participants will explore their unique strengths, core values and leadership vision. The aim is to help them develop an authentic leadership style aligned with their personal identity, strengthening their impact and influence in their professional field.

The “Reveal Your Uniqueness & Leadership” workshop is an exciting exploration designed to help participants discover and enhance their uniqueness as leaders, thereby strengthening their impact and influence in their professional field.

Workshop content:

■ Exploring the notions of leadership and singularity: Participants will be invited to question their vision of what leadership and singularity are, and will be able to exchange ideas collectively at the start of the workshop after breaking the ice.

■ Leadership vision: Participants will be able to “diagnose” their leadership and then reflect on their vision of the ideal leadership they wish to embody, and explore the different ways in which they can exert their influence in an authentic and inspiring way. They will also be guided in finding their professional mission statement.

■ Personalized action plan to develop singular leadership: Through practical exercises and methodologies, each participant will draw up a concrete action plan to put into practice the concepts and develop the skills they have identified during the workshop, in order to strengthen their leadership on a daily basis.

Workshop sequence:

During this interactive workshop, participants will be guided through a series of challenging exercises and in-depth discussions to explore their unique strengths, core values and leadership vision. They will also have the opportunity to develop their own authentic leadership style aligned with their personal identity through practical exercises.

What participants leave with:

At the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a better understanding of their strengths and values as a leader, a clear vision of their unique, and a personalized action plan to put into practice the concepts acquired and skills identified as desired during the workshop.

Marina has facilitated two workshops for about 10 girls at Doctolib in November 2022. The goal was to help them feel more confident when it comes to salary discussions. It was very easy to prepare those workshops with Marina, who is an extremely kind and adaptable Coach. She understood our needs right away, and she easily created a bond with the group. The workshops' outcomes were above expectations. Not only did Marina raise awareness, but she also enabled some benevolent and fruitful discussions. She equipped the girls with relevant resources to help them feel more confident. As a result, the girls now feel strongly empowered & supported when it comes to negotiating their salary.

We called on Marina to lead a training session on the theme of self-confidence and goal achievement, aimed at female Bolt partner drivers. The participants and the Bolt team were delighted with Marina's professionalism, involvement and infectious good humor. It was an enriching exchange full of goodwill, which we won't hesitate to repeat on other themes!
