Our founder

After nearly 6 years at Google, I founded the EmpowerMov collective, combining female leadership, entrepreneurship and determination. Of Russian-Armenian origin, having grown up in France and then worked in Ireland and San Francisco, my journey has been one of transformation, self-awareness and self-acceptance.

My multicultural background and self-confidence are today my strength and my uniqueness. I’m also a consultant, facilitator, trainer and speaker.
