Our one-to-one corporate coaching offer is designed to meet the unique needs of executives, managers and leaders seeking to maximize their potential and achieve their professional goals. We offer support that includes face-to-face or video coaching sessions, in-depth Energy Leadership Index and Emotional Intelligence diagnostics, as well as a closing session to ensure a smooth transition to the next stage of development. Optional tri-party sessions are available before and after the coaching.

The way we work and our Coaching process

The coaching process begins with a two-party or tri-party session with the coachee and their management or HR (optional), where we jointly establish objectives and expectations. We then carry out an in-depth diagnosis of the Energy Leadership Index at the start of the coaching program, followed by the Emotional Intelligence Quotient in the middle of the coaching program, to gain a better understanding of strengths and areas for improvement, which will also feed into the coaching according to the coachee’s objectives. Video coaching sessions are then planned and conducted by our selected, experienced Coach, followed by a closing session to assess progress and define next steps.

The coachee remains in control of her coaching objectives. Coaching sessions address a variety of topics, such as leadership development, taking on a new position, self-confidence, stress management, effective communication, problem-solving, and much more. Each session is designed to provide a safe, constructive space where clients can explore, learn and grow, in complete confidentiality.

The typical length of an individual coaching session is one hour. However, the duration may vary according to the client’s specific needs and the agreement reached with the coach.

The number of coaching sessions required to see results depends on a number of factors, including the client’s objectives, the complexity of the challenges to be overcome and the client’s level of commitment to the process. In general, a coaching program consists of between 6 and 12 sessions, spread over several weeks.

To choose the right coach for your needs, it’s important to look for a certified, experienced professional with an approach and values compatible with your own. You can also ask colleagues and friends for recommendations. At EmpowerMov we work with several coaches and we’re pretty sure we have the one you need! Schedule an initial session to assess compatibility and chemistry with the coach.
